Terms of use

SeemsR is provided by Open Gate Intelligence for Real Estate Marketing (LLC), 8 Ibn Hani Al Andalusi St., off El Tayaran St., 1st floor, Apt 2, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt (“we”). Contact: contact@opengate-intelligence.com.

These terms apply when you access or use SeemsR. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SeemsR.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the service for a lawful professional purpose.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your email and devices, and all activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. If your account is managed by your agency, its managers handle part of this access for you (see Groups and agency teams).

We recommend turning on two-step sign-in. Your name, photo, company and @handle must be your own: do not impersonate another broker, company or developer. A handle that misleads or infringes someone else's rights may be renamed.

You may use SeemsR to organize legitimate brokerage work. You must not use it to break the law, violate another person's rights, send unlawful or abusive communications, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or upload malicious content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis or other required authorization to collect, import, store and contact every lead or other person whose information you place in SeemsR.

When your requests and properties take part in matching, they must be real, current and accurate: the right price, area, size and availability. Do not publish a listing you are not allowed to market, a duplicate, or a listing that is already sold or rented: update its status or withdraw it.

Contact other brokers only about a real match or a real business reason, and respect a decline. What another broker grants you in a conversation (details, files or a client's contact) is for that deal only: do not copy it elsewhere, forward it or reuse it without their agreement.

Brokers can report a listing, a card, a message or a profile. SeemsR may hide content, limit how widely a broker's listings are shown, or restrict an account after reports, blocks or a moderation decision.

The owner and admins of a group are responsible for who they invite and for the cards they allow. In an agency team, a manager may read a member's CRM, assign and move clients only after that member has agreed, and must use this access only to run the agency's work. The member can withdraw at any time, unless the agency manages their account (below).

On an Agency plan, the manager who pays handles every payment matter for the agency and its members' seats, under the Terms of sale. Members do not buy anything and accept these terms of use for themselves. Terms of sale

Account control: when a member's seat is paid by the agency and the member has accepted it in the app, the agency's managers manage that member's account. They can change the sign-in email, reset the password when the agency has chosen to manage passwords (by a reset link or a temporary password), reset two-step sign-in with a reason, unlink Google sign-in or offer to link it, sign the member out of their devices, export the agency's records and remove the member from the agency. Each action is logged and the member is told by a security email that cannot be turned off. The member then asks to leave the agency instead of deleting the account or withdrawing.

A manager must use these powers only to run the agency's work and to help the member keep access to their account: never to sign in as the member, to read their private messages or to take over their account. The records a member creates on the agency seat, and those the agency hands them, belong to the agency and stay with it when the member leaves; the member keeps what they had before joining. An agency that exports its records, with its clients' phone numbers and email addresses, is responsible for its use of them. You are responsible for what you show in a client space, a public property link, a shared file and your business card: share only what you are allowed to share, and keep prices, addresses and photos accurate. Close a space or stop a link when it is no longer needed. Your clients' own SeemsR client accounts are theirs; you see only the space you prepared.

Collect sensitive client documents only through the vault, with the client's consent, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

SeemsR has a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro and Agency), with AI credits and extra storage on top. What each plan includes, its price and how payment, the seasonal pause and promo codes work are set out in the Terms of sale. The Free plan holds up to 100 records (contacts, requests and properties); the paid plans have a fair-use limit of 100,000 records per broker. Terms of sale

During the pilot, payments are not open and the plan limits may not be applied yet; they apply once payments open.

Optional integrations act only after you choose to connect or use them. For Google Sheets, you use Google Picker to authorize a one-time import from the specific spreadsheet you select; SeemsR cannot access other Drive files. For Google Calendar and Meet, you authorize SeemsR to create a 30-minute calendar event and meeting link when you request that action.

Zoom creates a meeting link the same way when you connect it. SeemsR on WhatsApp works only with a WhatsApp number that is yours, on the plans that include it; you must not use it to send messages to other people or for bulk messaging.

Your use of Google and other third-party services remains subject to their own terms. Availability may change if a provider changes its service, if your authorization expires, or if you revoke access.

SeemsR may use AI to help map imported columns, extract contact details, read a document, transcribe audio, translate a message, answer through the assistant or structure a case. Each AI task uses AI credits. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You must review suggestions before relying on them and remain responsible for your records, decisions and communications.

You retain your rights in the information and files you provide. You give SeemsR permission to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate the service and the features you request.

SeemsR, its interface, code, branding and service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of SeemsR to you.

We work to keep SeemsR available and useful, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be changed, interrupted or unavailable, including because of third-party services or maintenance. SeemsR is a workflow tool, not legal, financial or professional advice, and it does not guarantee a lead, transaction or business outcome.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, SeemsR's operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit or opportunity, or loss caused by information you enter, AI suggestions, third-party services, unauthorized account access, or your communications with contacts. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using SeemsR at any time and delete your account from your profile: it is erased after a 7-day grace period, and you can export your data before. If your account is managed by your agency, you ask to leave the agency instead; an account created through the agency's invitation is closed 30 days after you leave, unless you cancel the deletion and keep it on the Free plan. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to unlawful or abusive use, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these terms.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date shown above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
