Terms of sale

SeemsR plans, AI credits and storage are sold by Open Gate Intelligence for Real Estate Marketing (LLC), 8 Ibn Hani Al Andalusi St., off El Tayaran St., 1st floor, Apt 2, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt (“we”). Contact: contact@opengate-intelligence.com. These terms complete the Terms of use. Terms of use

During the pilot nothing is charged. “Subscribe” saves the plan you chose, and AI credit and storage orders wait for the SeemsR team to confirm them. Paid plans start when payments open; we will tell you before, and the payment methods, renewal and cancellation steps will be added to these terms at that time.

All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP), VAT included.

A yearly plan costs 10 months for 12.

• Free: 0 EGP. Up to 100 records (contacts, requests and properties), 200 MB of storage, 10 photos per property, no Market contacts, no contact from a match and no AI credits.
• Starter: 349 EGP a month or 3,490 EGP a year. 5 Market contacts a month, 1,500 AI credits a month, 2 GB of storage, 20 photos per property.
• Pro: 949 EGP a month or 9,490 EGP a year. 50 Market contacts a month, 6,000 AI credits a month, 10 GB of storage, 30 photos per property, client spaces and SeemsR on WhatsApp; the yearly plan can be paused (see below).
• Agency: 2,349 EGP a month or 23,490 EGP a year, for the manager and 3 active seats. Each extra active seat: 499 EGP a month or 4,990 EGP a year. Everything in Pro, with shared pools (see Agency plans).

Paid plans have a fair-use limit of 100,000 records per broker. Brokerage companies and developers can ask for a quote from the plans page.

The manager who pays buys and manages the Agency plan for the whole agency: the plan, the seats, the payments, the storage tier and the promo codes. The manager accepts these terms on behalf of the agency, and they cover the members' seats. Members never buy anything: their plan shows “Managed by your agency”.

• Active seats: the manager is always one; another member counts in a month when they start a Market contact or work on a CRM record. A profile edit alone does not count.
• Shared pools: 250 Market contacts a month plus 50 per extra seat; 20,000 AI credits a month plus 5,000 per extra seat; 50 GB of storage for the agency.
• A Market contact taken from the pool stays counted in that agency's month, even if the member leaves.

A Market contact is a new conversation you start with a broker outside your network about a match. Contacting a broker of your network from a match (from Starter), replying, and seeing matches do not use this quota. The monthly quota restarts on the 1st of each month (Cairo time).

• When the quota is used, you can send one more request for 200 AI credits, if you have them.
• A request that expires unanswered gives its slot back (and the 200 credits of a paid extra). A request you cancel gives it back only if the other broker has not opened it yet; once opened, it stays counted.

Each AI task uses AI credits, and every task costs at least 10 credits. Your plan gives a monthly allowance that restarts each month; what is left of it is not carried over. On a paid plan you can buy top-ups:

• 1,500 credits: 50 EGP · 3,500 credits: 100 EGP · 5,000 credits: 120 EGP · 12,000 credits: 200 EGP.
• A top-up is valid 6 months from the day it is credited. The monthly allowance is used first, then the top-up that expires first.
• You can turn on an automatic top-up with a monthly limit in EGP that you set; you can turn it off at any time.

From Starter, you can add one storage tier at a time, as a monthly subscription: +10 GB 50 EGP · +25 GB 100 EGP · +50 GB 175 EGP · +100 GB 300 EGP a month.

• Changing tier replaces the current one at once; the days left on the former tier are not carried over.
• If you cancel, the extra space stays until the end of the paid month. Your files are never deleted when you are over your space: only new uploads pause.

The payer of a yearly Pro or Agency plan can pause it once per subscription year, for up to 4 months. For an agency, the manager decides for the whole agency.

• The pause starts on the 1st of the next month (Cairo time); until then you can cancel it.
• While paused, the app is read-only (security, export and help stay open), your Market presence is off, the monthly AI allowance is 0 (top-ups are kept), client spaces are read-only, and notifications and the WhatsApp assistant stop.
• When you unfreeze, your plan's end date moves by the full months paused; the month you unfreeze counts as used. After 4 months the plan unfreezes by itself.

• A code has its own conditions (dates, number of users, plans, periods, seats) shown when you enter it. One code at a time; a code you reserve lapses after 30 days if no subscription uses it.
• A code is accepted only if it gives a lower price than the one you pay. Its discount lasts the number of months or until the date it states, or for as long as you stay subscribed.
• Changing plan or period keeps the discount if the code covers the new one; cancelling the subscription ends it for good.

Prices and plan contents may change as SeemsR changes. The date shown above identifies the current version.
